Potential Facility Update - June 26th

Potential Facility Update - June 26th

It was wonderful getting to see so many of you at the prayer night last night at the potential new facility. I am so grateful that, as a church, we have always made it a priority to put God first in the decisions we make. As an eldership, we have been praying and fasting over this possibility for months now. It was great getting to bring you guys into those prayers and to take communion together, while praying for more than just the facility but for our community, country, and world as well.

For those of you who decided to stay home and pray with us, thank you! You are no less a part of this family and your prayers are no less valuable. I appreciate every one of you who has made time to pray specifically over our future as a church. The Spirit unites us all, no matter where we are, as the body of Christ. Keep making the best decisions for you and your family, always in prayer, seeking the will of God, as we continue to navigate this trial-filled season.

I want to tell everyone what I told the group at the pray meeting last night. There are no more hurdles to jump over as far as leasing the facility, we are ready to sign if it's what we feel God is calling us to do. I have a massive lease document in front of me that I am tearing through this morning. We are ready, all we must do now is decide and sign the document.

We are opening this time for your feedback. I got to hear from many people last night, but I want to know what you think. The reality is, doing this is an amazing opportunity but will take a full effort on the part of our church. Without going into too much detail, with Prep our rent for the space was $1,400. This facility will be $7,900 (Without utilities) in the first year. That is a massive jump.

We as team have discussed being willing to make the necessary sacrifices to make this happen but as I said during my sermon, without you guys, this doesn't happen. If we do this, we will need everyone to step up and sacrifice financially.

We will also need help with breaking down some walls and putting up some new ones! We need a team who will be willing to put the hard work in renovating and preparing the facility.

What I am asking is that you pray. Pray over this decision and tell me what you think. If this is God's will, all our needs will be supplied in abundance! We need God to go before us, behind us, all around us, for this to work!

We will make a final decision as an eldership on Monday, so please let me know before then!

Some info:

I encourage you to go pray with your family at the facility!

If you would like more details, please email me and I can get you whatever you need. I will let you know of our decision early next week after we meet as Elders.

Pray that God bless His Church, we know that He will!

Sincerely,

Drew Carroll
