Hello SCC Preschoolers and families,

I hope everyone is having an extraordinary summer! For some of you, school may be starting in a few weeks. That can be a little bit scary. Maybe you are feeling nervous. Maybe there is something else in your life right now that makes you feel scared. Guess what! God will give you courage! If you pray about those things that make you scared or nervous, God will give you extraordinary courage. This week, we meet 3 new friends, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. King Nebuchadnezzar told everyone if they didn't pray to his giant gold statue they would be punished. They knew God wouldn't like that though, so they prayed for courage to do the right thing. God gave them extraordinary courage and was with them! God is with all of you too. If you would ever like someone to pray with you, you can call, text or email me. You can also submit a prayer request on the church page. I know all of you are super duper brave but sometimes, we just need a little extra courage and help from God.
