Elementary June Week 2 - God Gives Me Courage To Lead

Hello SCC Kids!

Is everyone having a good summer? Have you come up with a project you can lead this summer? I know it can be kind of scary. Being a leader is even scary for me sometimes! Maybe you aren't scared at all to be a leader, but maybe you are scared of something else. Do you know what God gives us when we are scared? Courage! God gives us courage! Today in our lesson we meet another great leader, Gideon. Gideon was scared to lead at first, but God gave him the courage he needed to lead his army to victory! When you are feeling scared, pray. Ask God to be with you and give you courage!

If you have any prayer requests, let me know! Don't forget our prayer meeting today at noon at the new building. We will be writing on the walls and I'm sure you all love that! Have an awesome week SCC Kids! I love you and God loves you too!
